Energy work, which I call Energy Awareness, clears stuck or blocked energy from the body and mind. We hold onto emotional and physical trauma, often passed down through generations or created by our own experiences. Those blocks can show up as pain, anxiety, or self-limiting beliefs.
Together, we release what’s no longer serving you so you can step into clarity, alignment, and creation.

Transformation starts from within.
I have always been deeply connected to energy, but I didn’t always understand it. Over time, I discovered my gift: seeing the energy within others and guiding them to shift it.
Our perception creates our reality. When we change our thoughts, beliefs, and perspectives, our lives change. Others don’t have to change for us to experience peace. We do.
I have seen firsthand that the little desires within us are meant to be created. If you can specify it, you can create it. My role is to help you clear the blocks, align with truth, and trust the divine process unfolding in your life.
